By April, spring is underway, which is why many flowers and plants begin to sprout and grow. As a result, April is a perfect month to read some young adult, coming-of-age novels. A coming-of-age novel is a book that tells the story of a young character growing up and experiencing a series of important, life-changing events. Coming-of-age stories aren't just for children, in fact, they are very fun to read as adults because they adults with a way to reminisce about childhood.
