Writers:

Lindsay Grohs - Lindsay is a student at the University of Central Florida. She's currently studying hospitality. Hospitality, and more specifically, the food and beverage industry, has been Lindsay's passion for years. There's nothing she loves more than the buzz of a restaurant during a busy Sunday brunch, the first bite you take of a new dish you created, and the memories you create going for ice cream with friends in the summer. Her goal in writing for this magazine is to bring these things to life and share her experiences with you.

Brendan Gieseke - Brendan Gieseke is a junior who lives in New York City and is an ambitious writer and student. He is an International Baccalaureate student at the United Nations International School and loves to engage himself in activities that relate to finance, business, music production, languages, and international law. He is of half-Japanese descent and uses his culture to enrich his knowledge of food.

Indy Patschke - Indy is a college student based in Towson, Maryland. She is excited to write about local hot spots and small businesses in her area, and those she discovers while traveling. Indy is also an experienced baker and is excited to share her recipes. Indy's goals for the future include moving to Charleston, SC, becoming a book cover designer, and possibly becoming a mystery writer one day.

Samantha Falla - Samantha Falla is a senior English major at High Point University with a strong passion for storytelling and creative writing. She is currently working on her novel while completing her undergraduate degree and will begin her master’s program in the fall. Samantha loves exploring the ways food brings people together through culture, memory, and everyday rituals.

Teresa Ayala Leon - Teresa Ayala Leon is a second-year journalism student at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. The culinary field has been one of her greatest passions since a young age, and she explores it in various ways. On campus, she writes for The Daily Northwestern and is part of her university's culinary arts club. In her free time, she enjoys going on long walks and reading about new restaurants and chefs.
