May is National Mental Health Awareness Month, which is why May is the perfect month to read a self-help book. A self-help book is a book that is written to help the reader solve their problems and grow as a person. Self-help books can be very beneficial for one's mental health and they can help you grow and improve. So by May 31st, make sure to comment on this post with the books you were able to finish!
