Rania is a staff writer and the social media coordinator for "The Knightly News." She has traveled to many countries and has observed how recipes were passed down through generations, how food was shared at the table, and how cuisine has brought communities together. Rania has always had a passion for writing since she was young, whether creative pieces of tales untold or essays on any matter. Now, she wishes to share the culture that recipes contain with those who wouldn't have access to them or have never been able to try foreign cuisine.

Lindsay Grohs - Lindsay is a student at the University of Central Florida. She's currently studying hospitality. Hospitality, and more specifically, the food and beverage industry, has been Lindsay's passion for years. There's nothing she loves more than the buzz of a restaurant during a busy Sunday brunch, the first bite you take of a new dish you created, the memories you create going for ice cream with friends in the summer. Her goal in writing for this magazine is to bring these things to life and share her experiences with you.
