When I first started going to high school, I didn’t realize how busy I would get. I was constantly skipping meals and always hungry. It was a never-ending cycle of hunger and overeating, which was making my pre-existing CVS even worse. That is until I discovered this recipe. This smoothie recipe helped me get my morning nutrients without the hassle of cooking. And, for all my fellow banana haters out there, this smoothie is banana-free!

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup of frozen mango chunks (unsweetened preferred)

  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks (unsweetened preferred)
