Have you ever heard of the company Wild Fork? If yes, consider yourself lucky! If not, good fortune is on your way. Wild Fork is a company that specializes in providing high-quality, sustainably sourced meat and seafood. They offer a wide variety of different meat and seafood products. All their products are sold frozen to preserve their freshness for a longer period. Their mission is to combine convenience, quality, and sustainability for their customers and overall community.
Product Offerings
Wild Fork is known for offering frozen products that range from meats to seafood, plant-based options, and prepackaged meals. Some of the simple meats they sell include beef, steaks, chicken, and pork. A few of the more specialty meats they offer include bison, alligator, kangaroo, lamb, and rabbit (to name a few). As far as seafood options go, Wild Fork offers a variety of different kinds of fish. They also sell prepackaged meals such as pizza, meatloaf, lasagna, casseroles, veggie dishes, and more.
The Wild Fork Process
All of Wild Fork’s products are freshly sourced, as they come from farms with the best climates and conditions for the specific product. Their U.S. beef is sourced from the Nebraska and Colorado regions, as those areas have cooler climates and grasslands to produce high-quality cattle. They also outsource from places such as Spain, Japan, and the Mediterranean for products such as Iberico pork, Wagyu beef, and various seafood items.
In addition to sourcing from trustworthy farms and areas, Wild Fork also uses techniques such as wet-aging for some of its products to ensure quality flavor. They wet-age their beef and pork by vacuum-sealing each cut, allowing the juices to soak in over time, tenderizing and enriching the flavors of the meat. Another technique Wild Fork has adopted is freezing all their products for sale. The idea is to keep the items fresh until they are ready to be cooked. Their packaging is designed to keep the products fresh for up to a year! All of these practices and techniques guarantee freshness and sustainability and limit waste. Also, note that this post is not sponsored.
So, if you are looking for some good food and want to impact the environment positively, I encourage you to check out Wild Fork!
