Ingredients:

2 cans of tomato sauce (15 oz each)

1 onion (diced)

3 cloves of garlic (minced)

3 tsp of sugar

2 tsp of salt

1 tbsp of oregano

1 tbsp of basil

½ tsp of garlic powder

½ tsp of onion powder

2 tsp of black pepper

¾ cup of heavy cream

1 ½ cups of parmesan cheese (grated)

1 tbsp of olive oil

Instructions:

Begin by dicing one whole onion and mincing three cloves of garlic. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Once the skillet is hot, add in garlic and onions. Sautee them for about three minutes, or until golden brown, and then adjust the skillet to low heat. Add in the tomato sauce and tomato paste. Once tomatoes have been warmed add in salt, sugar, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, and oregano. Mix everything well and cook it over medium heat for 10 minutes. Adjust the heat down to the lowest setting and grate one and a half cups of fresh parmesan cheese. Gradually add heavy cream to the sauce, pouring in a little at a time. Once heavy cream has been added, add in the cheese and mix it all. After everything is combined, cook for another five minutes to melt in the cheese, and then serve.
